Catulla is still not a memeber of the Federation. Catulla is amidst negotiations for membership. The Treaty negotiation now in progress between the Federation and Catulla are in a crucial phase.
Tong Rad is the Son of the Catullan Ambassador to the Federation. His favorite study is Botany. but he also inherited his fathers extraordinary ability in the Field of Space Studies. He was one of a group of 6 looking for the Mythical Eden. this Group
was lead by the insane Dr. Sevrin. The Planet they found was unkind to
Human life. The Plants were all acid in nature. He also plays a Drum, See Image. |
