Deneb IV is know for it telepathic inhabitance. (TNG
references suggest not all the people of Deneb IV are telapaths) Gary
Mitchell and James T. Kirk found themselves at this planet where Mitchell had telepathic
communication with the telepaths of this planet at least three times.
Mitchell had a bad encounter on this planet with a female inhabitances
which he would later refer to as nova, the encounter had many after effects, and
