The Deltans conceder
us a sexually immature species. They do not believe in taking advantage of
Sexually Immature species and to insure it they take an oath of celibacy (for

make them as safe as any human female.

Ilia is a Deltan whom currently lives on Delta IV, she had a Relationship with Will Decker. They never brought the relationship to a sexual level, but there was love. But he eventually had to leave, he left without saying goodbye. She also enjoys a game a game that uses pads in which you manipulate a board of cubes that raise (picture above) she nearly always won. She also has a collection of Tiara's as she is wearing on the right. The one she is wearing in the picture is the same one she was wearing when she met Will Decker.

Decker, was stationed at this planet where he developed a relationship with Ilia. But he was transferred off this planet and left without saying goodbye to Ilia. he has since been promoted to Commander. |
