This Animal appears to be a desert Animal and is capable of surviving lots of extremes that any desert can throw at it. It's blood appears to be green. This might denote the presents of Copper in it's blood.

It is a burying animal that uses the two forks on it's head to dig. It can move the Forks to a 90 degree angle, and and they also move together and apart.

The Creature is able to react to motion on the surface, striking with sudden speed. This movement does not have to even cause vibration or disturbance to the surface. It is possible it can catch low flying animals.

The male also appears to react to the female's distress suggesting a protective nature. The animal can be demobilized by being grabbed at the first separation of the back, possible  the neck area.

Their Young are kept in gaps between scale in the Female's back (assumed to be the female).

Their Young enter through the ear and wrap themselves around the Cerebral Cortex. This has the affect of rendering the subject susceptible to suggestion. Later as they grow, follows madness and death.
