The Play by Play section is about the passage of time within an Episode or Movie. Not all Episodes or Movies can be perfectly tracked, but at times, we get the Golden pass to how time has worked. I currently have no episode, I need one that is easy to track.

The way to track time in this movie is simple. the meeting about V'ger's approach was at 04:00 Hours, we are also given V'ger's distance in that same meeting. A little research reveals time within the Movie.

Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country Top
The Source of data for this Movie is simple. Through out the Movie the Enterprise Bridge display the time. Although the time was not always in sync, logic tells me what time is best to use.
Note: This Play by Play still needs work, I only begun to calculate in The Chancellor's line "We will meet in one week"
